We are looking for a Creative Producer for a new social shopping application targeting the U.S. market.
This is a strategic role where you’ll be responsible for building and scaling our process for creating, testing, and redesigning ad creatives.
As we grow within the $1.19 trillion e-commerce industry, your ability to deliver powerful creatives will be essential for the successful launch and rapid validation of new marketing hypotheses.
What challenges await you: * Creative Process Management: Coordinate designers, set technical specifications, and oversee deadlines and quality. * Analytics: Evaluate creative effectiveness, adjust strategies based on metrics, and develop frameworks for the most successful solutions. * Initiative and Process Improvement: Search for new formats and concepts, and build a creative team from the ground up. * Hiring: Recruit designers and other members of the creative team.
What we value: * Prior experience as a Creative Marketing Manager. * Using AI tools for research, generation, and optimization of materials. * Market, competitor, and trend analysis. * A deep understanding of cultural and linguistic contexts to create relevant ideas. * Strong organizational skills, readiness to own the process, and take responsibility for results. * Data-driven decision-making.
