We are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join our office in Chernivtsi. We will assist with relocation at the start, and a hybrid work format is also possible during the initial period. What we offer: * Currently, we offer a base salary of $2,000 plus a performance-based commission from the sales department’s results — however, we are always open to discussion; * After 2–4 months you can realistically earn $2,500–3,000, and after half a year — $3,500–4,000 if the plan is met; * Office in Chernivtsi + we will cover an apartment for the first 2 months if you relocate. We will not consider candidates without: * At least 3 years of experience as Head of Sales with a team of 8+ managers and work on international markets (Europe, UK, USA, etc.); * Experience in the fashion industry or related fields will be an advantage; * Experience building a sales department from scratch; * B2B experience and management of the full sales cycle (from lead generation to deal closing); * Experience in phone sales — both as a manager and as a leader; * Understanding of CRM and business processes: ability to analyze the sales funnel, build KPI systems, and create effective motivation programs; * English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
Your main responsibilities: * Develop and implement the international sales strategy; * Manage and grow the team: training, setting KPIs, analyzing calls; * Systematically improve sales processes and CRM workflows; * Regular reporting to company owners (including P&L); * Achieve and exceed sales targets.
