To drive retention and loyalty, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Retention to lead strategies that enhance customer loyalty, increase lifetime value, and reduce churn. What Experience We’re Looking For: * 4+ years in iGaming retention, including direct crypto-casino experience. * Proven success in designing and implementing effective retention strategies. * Deep knowledge of CRM platforms and hands-on ownership of campaign operations. * Fluency in crypto player behaviors (coin/chain preferences; volatility impact on deposits and play; stablecoin vs. BTC/ETH cohorts; on-ramp friction). * Strong analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities. * Experience designing and managing loyalty programs to boost engagement. * Expertise across email, SMS, and push, including best practices and optimization. * Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools to track and improve key metrics. * Solid understanding of personalization and segmentation principles. * Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do: * Develop and execute a comprehensive retention strategy for a crypto-casino to maximize player loyalty and engagement. * Manage and optimize loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn. * Analyze user behavior to identify patterns and opportunities; tailor experiences via personalization and segmentation. * Plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and onsite/in-app messaging. * Design and run win-back programs for inactive or lapsed players to improve reactivation rates. * Monitor and analyze retention metrics (e.g., retention, churn, reactivation) and implement iterative improvements. * Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Payments/Risk, and Customer Experience teams to align retention with broader business goals. * Build early-warning systems to identify at-risk players and deploy proactive retention tactics. * Hire, develop, and lead a team of retention specialists aligned with project objectives. * Conduct A/B testing to refine loyalty programs, campaigns, and strategies for maximum impact. * Provide regular reports to leadership on initiatives, performance, and next steps. * Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative approaches tailored to crypto-casino challenges.
