Requirements * 3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer in outstaffing companies or recruitment agencies; * Proven experience in sourcing for complex roles, such as SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics, AI Engineers; * Ability to effectively source for hard-to-fill and niche positions, using both conventional and creative approaches; * Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray search, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.); * General understanding of the IT industry, technology stacks, and hiring specifics for niche roles; * Strong writing skills — ability to compose high-quality outreach messages and follow-ups; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Proactive and results-oriented mindset; * Intermediate+ level of English; * A technical background and/or completion of tech-related courses will be a plus.
