Responsibilities: — Develop and implement a content strategy across multiple communication channels (LinkedIn, website, email, PR/media), tailored to different audiences and formats — Create high-quality content — articles, social media posts, case studies, video scripts, graphics (with the help of a designer) — Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SMM — primarily LinkedIn, email marketing) — Analyze marketing and PR performance metrics, prepare reports, and offer insights to improve campaign efficiency — Collaborate with the brand manager to enhance brand recognition and build a cohesive promotional strategy — Manage and update content on the company’s website
Requirements: — 2+ years of experience as a Content or Digital Marketing Manager (or similar role) — Deep understanding of digital channels, content marketing, SMM, and PR — Prior experience in B2B communications and content creation is a strong plus — Analytical mindset and experience working with marketing data (Google Analytics, CRM tools, marketing platforms) — Advanced English — both written and spoken — Creativity, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented approach
