We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruitment, process quality, and delivering great candidate experiences.
Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in the full-cycle recruitment process — from understanding project requirements to delivering top-quality candidates and ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This role requires strong sourcing skills, process ownership, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles. * Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Clients to define requirements and hiring priorities. * Conduct structured HR interviews, evaluate soft skills, and assess cultural fit. * Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely feedback collection in PeopleForce. * Maintain a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. * Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate) and ensure data accuracy in PeopleForce. * Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and documentation within the TA team. * Support employer branding initiatives and job postings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, DOU, etc.). * Participate in internal meetings, syncs, and team trainings to continuously grow professional expertise.
Key Requirements * 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or IT Recruiter (in product, outsourcing, or startup environments). * Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle for international roles. * Solid understanding of technical stacks and IT profiles. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Experience working with ATS systems (PeopleForce, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar). * Upper-Intermediate English or higher (spoken & written). * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Nice to Have * Experience recruiting in US or EU markets. * Familiarity with metrics-driven recruitment and process automation tools. * Participation in internal TA process improvements, analytics, or training initiatives.
