Responsibilities: * Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical, product, and marketing positions. * Ensure quality selection and hiring of candidates that meet company standards and cultural fit. * Quickly fill vacancies while maintaining high-quality processes and meeting agreed deadlines. * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers. * Maintain regular, clear, and high-quality communication with hiring managers and candidates, providing systematic feedback at each stage. * Effectively use multiple sourcing channels — professional networks, job boards, referrals, social media, and industry platforms. * Keep up-to-date awareness of the talent market, including active companies, roles, and salary trends. * Actively listen to hiring managers, accurately interpret their requirements, and translate them into successful recruitment outcomes. * Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs. * Represent and promote the company’s employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. * Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source effectiveness) to enhance efficiency and informed decision-making. * Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance onboarding, retention, and overall hiring quality.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter. * Proven track record of successfully closing middle and senior-level positions. * Strong understanding of the market, including key roles, company structures, and candidate profiles. * Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools and methods (LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, niche platforms, referrals). * Experience in managing full recruitment cycles — from initial sourcing to offer stage. * Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and hiring managers. * Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Analytical mindset — ability to use recruitment metrics to assess performance and optimize processes. * High level of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); knowledge of other languages is a plus. * Proactive, result-oriented, and flexible approach to changing business needs. * Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
