This role involves working night hours (6 p.m.- 4 a.m.)Responsibilities * Manage on a daily basis close relationships and support with our VIP users * Keep track and monitor on the VIP users activity on a daily basis including sales and up-sale promotions. * Build personal relationships and create a personalized experience for them. * Track and monitor the VIP players activity on a daily basis. * Provide customer care through various channels and handles. * Gather feedback and propose improvements to customer experience. * Cross teamwork with all aspects of marketing, monetization, features and products * Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities — where the KPI is to bring players to their next level
Requirements * Fluent English — must * Previous experience at sales or customer support roles, preferably from B2C companies * Strong communicator, customer-centric, proactive and target driven * Passion for social apps — advantage * Knowledge of additional languages (Indian, Arabic, Turkish) — advantage * Prior experience with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc)- advantage
