We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Specialist to take charge of engaging with accounts in our specialized domains, such as Financial, Ticketing, and Entertainment. Requirements: * Hands-on experience in lead/demand generation within the IT industry; * Experience or solid understanding of the B2B sector; * Experience or demonstrated expertise in cold calls; * Advanced English level; * Availability: This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. The role requires the ability to work extended hours in alignment with the Pacific Time Zone, up to approximately 9:00 PM CET, with such flexibility needed about 2–3 times per week; * Demonstrated excellence in communication skills; * Proven proactivity and effective time management; * Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; * An enthusiastic and positive “can-do” attitude; * Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
Will be a plus: * Knowledge of the IT Service Industry; * Experience working with Engineers and CTOs; * Experience in financial and/or ticketing domains.
Responsibilities: * Engage the domains that Softjourn specializes in — Financial, Ticketing, and Entertainment — to drive interest in Softjourn and generate leads/opportunities; * Utilize multiple channels — emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls — to connect with potential clients; * Lead nurturing — manage and engage our existing database of leads, designing effective nurturing campaigns to move them further down the funnel; * Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to the Head of the department; * Work with the Softjourn knowledge base and complete relevant internal training courses to gain a thorough understanding of Softjourn’s business, processes, and portfolio.
