Responsibilities: * Full management of advertising accounts (Meta / Google / TikTok, etc.) * Ownership of the paid acquisition roadmap and daily project performance * Budget planning, performance forecasting, and weekly/monthly reporting with insights and next steps * Building and maintaining tracking systems, events, and conversion goals * Running structured experiments — scaling winning approaches and quickly eliminating ineffective ones * Briefing creatives and landing pages to ensure fast testing and iteration cycles * Collaboration with designers, content, analytics, and other internal teams * Keeping ad accounts well-organized (structures, naming conventions, negatives, exclusions).
Requirements: * 3–5+ years of experience in PPC/performance marketing (agency or product side) * Proven success cases in Google Ads and Meta (with performance metrics) * Comfortable working from scratch (new pixels, new accounts, new markets) * Data-driven mindset, clear communication, low ego, and a test-and-learn approach * Experience communicating with international clients (English level B2+) * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (2+).
