We’re looking for a proactive and adaptive UI/UX Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and knows how to turn ideas into user-centered, platform-specific designs — quickly and effectively.
Our client is an innovative POS ecosystem for restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in the U.S. market that helps venue owners optimize sales, forecast demand, and automate business processes. The project has been actively evolving for over 10 years and is among the industry leaders.
Required skills: * 4+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience * Upper-Intermediate+ English — confident in real-time communication with the client * Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD (we’re migrating from XD) * Deep understanding of mobile design guidelines for iOS, Android, and web * Familiarity with Lottie animations * Ability to accurately estimate and plan your work * A broad, open-minded approach to UX — comfortable inheriting and adapting smart ideas from competitors
Responsibilities: * Participate in daily live design sessions with the client (2 hours/2 times a week), delivering visuals on the fly based on real-time feedback * Analyze existing flows and suggest smart UX improvements * Design platform-specific UI for iOS, Android, and mobile web * Polish and finalize designs independently post-session * Conduct competitor research and implement best UX/UI practices * Ensure smooth collaboration with devs — aligning with technical constraints
