We are seeking a conceptually brilliant and emotionally intelligent Сopywriter/Creative Storyteller to help craft the narrative foundation behind our AI-generated influencers and digital personas. This role is ideal for someone who loves character-building, world-building, and telling meaningful stories that resonate across platforms. Requirements: * Proven experience in storytelling, creative writing, screenwriting, or character development. * Deep understanding of narrative design, emotional arcs, and character voice. * Passion for building fictional personas that feel real, relatable, and distinctive. * Strong awareness of social media culture and how storytelling unfolds across platforms. * Has a natural sense of humor and a being able to make things funny without trying too hard. * Ability to think in content series, campaigns, and evolving narratives. * Collaborative mindset with experience working with creative, content, and brand teams. * Bonus: familiarity with AI-generated content or digital influencer trends.
Main Responsibilities:Website Content & Narrative Experience * Develop narrative-driven text blocks and story elements for the website. * Shape page structure from a storytelling perspective — guiding what the user should feel while navigating the site. * Align tone of voice across different sections (project, characters, universe, behind-the-scenes). * Create narrative sequences and content arcs that encourage users to return, explore deeper, and engage with the experience.
AI Persona Development * Create origin stories, personality traits, and emotional arcs for AI-generated characters. * Define their voice, beliefs, motivations, and long-term character growth. * Collaborate with visual and technical teams to align story with design and tone.
Content & Story Frameworks * Ideate content concepts, ongoing series, and narrative themes for each persona. * Develop storytelling formats that align with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. * Ensure all content ideas reflect the persona’s character and resonate with target audiences.
Brand Integration & Audience Resonance * Build storytelling bridges between character content and product or brand missions. * Help translate product features and messages into narrative-driven content. * Craft narratives that build emotional connection and spark conversation.
World-Building & Expansion * Contribute to the broader world in which AI personas exist (places, friends, history, culture). * Create cross-character dynamics and potential for collaborative or episodic content. * Map out seasonal arcs, theme shifts, or milestones in each persona’s journey. * Competitive salary.
