Role description:
Sociala operates in the social media and marketing domain. We are building a growth funnel for the U.S. market: acquisition → activation → retention → revenue. We’re looking for a Product Owner who can turn a fragmented “zoo of initiatives” into a coherent, metrics-driven product with measurable impact.
Responsibilities: * 4+ years as PO/PM/PGM in social/content/creator products. * Consolidate a single product backlog, establish clear priorities and a predictable release cadence. * Build an end-to-end marketing → product funnel together with leads and managers. * Formulate growth hypotheses, run A/B tests, and own the metrics (activation, retention, LTV/CAC). * Write requirements, decompose work, enforce DoR/DoD, and remove blockers. * Run data-driven reviews and present outcomes to founders. • Plan a quarterly roadmap and manage risks and dependencies.
Requirements: * 4+ years as PO/PM/PGM in social/content/creator products. * Hands-on practice in growth/engagement/virality and/or monetization (ads/subscriptions/IAP). * Ability to analyze and clearly explain funnels, cohorts, retention, K-factor, LTV/CAC. * Experience launching A/B tests (MDE, guardrails, interpretation). * Strong English for the U.S. market (written and spoken). * Clearly stated salary expectations in your application.
Nice to have: * Proven cases of sustainable WAU/MAU growth and CAC reduction. • Experience with influencers/UGC/the creator economy. * Tools: AppsFlyer/Adjust, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Jira/Linear, Notion/Confluence/Figma.
