Lead Generation Specialist We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales team. If you already have some experience in lead generation, sales research, or have completed relevant professional courses and understand the IT field, this role is a great opportunity to grow your career in IT sales.
At Brainence, you’ll work closely with an experienced team that will help you sharpen your research, communication, and outreach skills and develop into a confident sales professional.
Ideally, you’re based in Lviv, since our team often gathers in the office. We’d like you to join us a few times a week at first, with the option to switch to fully remote later. About Brainence Brainence has over 9 years of experience building high-quality digital products and assembling expert teams behind them. We’ve helped 50+ startups and enterprises launch MVPs, scale engineering teams, and deliver products that perform. Our portfolio spans healthcare, edtech, real estate, retail, construction, logistics, and insurance domains. Requirements * English & Ukrainian: C1 (spoken and written) * Understanding of IT terminology and basic knowledge of the software development process * Experience in lead generation, sales, or research, or completed professional courses in this field * Attention to detail and an analytical mindset * Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) will be a plus * Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, etc., is a plus
Responsibilities * Research potential prospects and gather contact data via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other sources * Maintain and organize data in CRM (HubSpot) * Reach out to new prospects via email and LinkedIn * Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve sales strategies * Identify and open new business opportunities
