With an experienced team and access to top-tier traffic sources, they scale apps and brands through data-driven strategies and cutting-edge technologies.
We’re now looking for an experienced InApp Lead / Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of the InApp direction, manage DSP traffic buying, and build the roadmap for further growth. What We’re Looking For: — 3+ years of experience in mobile traffic buying via DSP / RTB platforms (Liftoff, AppLovin, Moloco, Smadex, etc.) — Deep understanding of mobile ecosystems, auction mechanics, and optimization cycles — Proven expertise in campaign setup, testing, and scaling through programmatic platforms — Analytical mindset with focus on KPI, ROI, LTV, and data-driven decisions — Strategic thinking, self-motivation, and leadership skills — Ability to manage priorities and take responsibility for results Your Responsibilities: — Launch, analyze, and optimize InApp campaigns through DSPs — Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for InApp direction growth — Evaluate and integrate new DSPs and traffic partners — Work with integrations, APIs, trackers, and billing systems — Control KPIs and budget allocation efficiency — Mentor and guide team members within the InApp unit What You’ll Get: — Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses — Flexible schedule and full remote work — Professional autonomy and opportunity to lead InApp direction — Participation in international conferences and industry events — Dynamic team environment with no bureaucracy — Fast decision-making, transparency, and growth opportunities
