Ciklum is looking for a Middle Hybris Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:
As a Middle Hybris Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will join a highly motivated team and will be working on a modern solution for our existing client. We are looking for technology experts who want to make an impact on new business by applying best practices and taking ownership.
Responsibilities: * Work in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum engineering environment delivering incremental software with high quality * Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Architects, and other Developers to ensure the right solutions are built on time * Take ownership of source code produced, making sure it follows Ciklum and SAP best practices * Performs Code reviews for the pull requests raised by Developers * Keep current with the latest SAP Commerce, Java, and web technologies * Contribute to technical go-live checklists; Provide an impact analysis for implemented features * Proactively work to analyze and resolve production problems in a timely manner
Requirements: * Knowledge and experience in Java 8 or higher (more than 3 years) * Strong knowledge of microservices * Knowledge and experience with SAP Hybris (more than 2 years) * Experience writing unit tests using Junit, Mockito and hybris integration testing * Knowledge in various approaches for 3rd party integration with Hybris * Knowledge of SAP Commerce ORM, WCMS, and core concepts * Knowledge in Computer Science, Computing Theory: * Paradigm & Principles (OOP, SOLID, TDD) * Database theory (RDBMS, NoSQL) * Code testing practices * Algorithms * Data structures * Architectural, Enterprise and Design Patterns * Security patterns, Reverse engineering resistance, Common attacks types (OWASP) * Basic knowledge of API and web service architecture (OpenAPI, REST, SOAP) * Practical commercial experience with: * Spring (Spring DI and Spring MVC is a must) * RDBMS (e.g MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle) * Web Servers * Version control systems (GIT) * Foundational theoretical understanding in: * Key-value storages (e.g. Redis, Memcached) * Messaging systems (e.g. RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Active MQ, AWS SQS, Azure Service Bus, Google Pub/Sub) * Cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure) * Docker * Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Gitlab Pipeline, Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo) * Experience with: * Troubleshooting and debugging applications * Agile software processes and technologies * Code Review process * Refactoring process
