We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Analyst / Project Manager from middle to senior level to join our team.
Responsibilities: * Project Lifecycle Management: you will be ultimately responsible for guiding projects from the initial concept stage through to final delivery. This includes defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as developing a comprehensive project plan and timeline and delivering in time/scope/budget. * Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs. Provide regular project status updates to senior management. * Interact with key stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. * Maintain and organize the project knowledge base, ensuring it remains up-to-date. * Manage the project backlog and assist in defining clear priorities. * Create flow and logic visualizations using diagrams and other tools to boost requirements understanding. * Collaborate closely with both business and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.
Skills and Experience: * 4+ years of experience in a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst role, with a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion. * Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). * Hands — on expertise in setting up and maintaining approval, risk management and change management processes. * Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation. * Experience with visualization tools (e.g., flowcharts, wireframes, etc.). * Participation in requirement estimation and prioritization processes. * Strong written and spoken English skills (B2+ level or above).
Nice to Have: * Experience playing the role of Scrum Master in previous projects. * Prototyping experience, especially for mobile/web applications. * Familiarity with the health and e-commerce domains and their specific requirements. * Experience with managing several projects at the same time. * Experience as a Product Owner will be a plus
