About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Chief Executive Officer to spearhead operational growth at our game provider. The ideal candidate should have a proven history in iGaming operations, particularly in slot or RNG content, and be prepared to establish and lead a high-performing business unit from scratch. You will be responsible for everything from operational execution and process optimization to team organization and fostering a performance-driven culture. This role demands a strong understanding of industry dynamics, balancing platform stability, regulatory compliance, and player experience, and the ability to translate that knowledge into clear operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities * Build and organize the company’s operational foundation by leading the hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of key team members. * Oversee daily operations related to product delivery, certification, and market entry. * Turn the company’s strategy into clear goals, processes, and KPIs. * Facilitate smooth coordination among production, technical, and client-facing teams to deliver consistent slot content at scale. * Develop and refine processes for slot game delivery, quality assurance, release management, and interdepartmental collaboration. * Utilize data-driven frameworks to enhance performance, quality, and speed to market. * Ensure compliance readiness and complete alignment with regulatory standards across all target regions. * Promote a culture of ownership, responsibility, and growth within operational teams.
Requirements * Proven track record of success in iGaming or slot development. * Possesses deep knowledge of market trends, platform needs, and player behavior. * At least 5 years of management experience in relevant roles are required. * Fluency in Ukrainian is essential. Demonstrates strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to execute hands-on. * Has a visionary outlook, foreseeing future industry trends beyond current ones. * Willing to innovate and promote change to position the company as a true industry leader. * Excellent communication and decision-making skills. * Readiness to build a business unit from scratch, including hiring, interviewing, and process setup.
Nice to Have * Experience in leading certification or compliance efforts across various regulated markets, such as MGA and UKGC. * Background in product ownership or managing game delivery within a slot studio. * Technical knowledge of game engines, mathematical models, or back-office systems.
