Now we’re expanding our global HR team — and we need an IT Recruiter who’s ready to find, attract, and empower the brightest talent out there. What you’ll do: * Manage the full recruitment cycle — from crafting creative job ads to screening, interviewing, and closing offers. * Source and connect with top tech professionals across Europe (and beyond). * Conduct engaging interviews across all levels (Junior to Senior) and ensure a smooth candidate experience. * Build long-term candidate relationships and deliver a smooth, human-first experience. * Handle recruitment documentation — prepare contracts, maintain candidate records, and keep everything organized and compliant. * Keep your finger on the pulse of the IT market — trends, tools, and talent.
⚡ What makes you a great fit * 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the IT or technology sector; * Strong sourcing skills — you know your way around multiple channels; * Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes in an international or fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication — you speak “tech” and “human” fluently. * A curious, creative, and proactive personality — you don’t wait for candidates to come to you. * You love connecting dots — between people, skills, and opportunities. * Experience or strong interest in HR operations, including onboarding, evaluation, and employee engagement.
