Aesthetics360 (A360) is an AI-powered healthcare platform transforming aesthetic medicine delivery. Our modular PaaS combines intelligent automation, scalable infrastructure, and AI-driven insights to streamline patient journeys from consultation through care delivery. We build at the intersection of enterprise healthcare infrastructure—secure, HIPAA-compliant AWS systems—and modern AI tooling, including serverless functions, APIs, and intelligent agents.
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to architect and maintain our cloud infrastructure while developing production-grade backend code. This role spans cloud engineering, backend development, and AI integration—owning everything from AWS environments and automation pipelines to Lambda functions, API microservices, and AI agent integrations.
Responsibilities
— Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Cognito) — Develop serverless functions, backend APIs, and system integrations using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python — Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CDK, and Docker — Create AI-driven backend workflows integrating AWS Bedrock and external LLM APIs — Implement HIPAA-compliant security protocols, logging systems, and audit standards — Establish observability, monitoring, and cost optimization frameworks (CloudWatch, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) — Collaborate with AI, backend, and data engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions — Develop internal tooling to improve developer experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
— 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, backend, or full-stack engineering — Expert-level proficiency with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/CDK, S3, RDS) — Strong development skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python — Proven experience with CI/CD systems, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code — Experience building AI or data integration pipelines (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, vector databases) — Working knowledge of HIPAA or enterprise compliance frameworks — Demonstrated ability to balance architectural rigor with rapid development cycles
