The marketing team is seeking a Digital Marketing Designer to be responsible for all graphics for the project’s promotion. This includes preparing creatives for various marketing departments. Close collaboration with the product and SMM teams is planned.
Requirements: * Experience in creating marketing materials, including static banners, videos, and HTML banners, consistent with the brand’s style. Knowledge of format specifications, file size restrictions, and the ability to communicate the finished design to the developer. * Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (plugins, scripts, templates, effects, etc.), Photoshop, and Illustrator. * A strong understanding of UX/UI design to create user-friendly and engaging interfaces that help users achieve their goals. * Figma (working with components, autolayouts, prototypes, and animation). * Experience with AI tools for generating static images, videos, and animating graphics. * Knowledge of image (static, GIF) and video compression tools and techniques while maintaining file size and quality limits. * Use of programs for increasing image and video size with minimal quality loss. * Ability to create materials in multiple languages, optimizing and automating the process.
Will be a plus: * Knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand the capabilities and limitations of banner and landing page formats. * Proficiency in Figma Make to create prototypes, animations, and interactions.
Personal Qualities and Soft Skills: * Generating interesting and fresh ideas for visual content. * Ability to clearly and politely explain issues to clients and colleagues, and ask clarifying questions before completing a task (e.g., size, format, file size, video duration) to avoid rework and speed up the process. * Ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks. If multiple assignments are received, promptly report any difficulties and suggest optimization options. * Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines. * Ability to approach work systematically, find optimal solutions, and balance quality, speed, and resources. * Openness to feedback and a desire to develop professionally.
