We are looking for a proactive and strategic leader who will take ownership of the recruitment function, help the business attract top talent, and inspire an international HR team. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals. * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance. * Set clear KPIs, track results, and provide regular feedback for continuous growth. * Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to plan and fulfill staffing needs. * Stay up to date with labor market trends and implement best recruitment practices. * Prepare analytics and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements * At least 2 years of leadership experience in recruitment. * Proven success in hiring for diverse roles, including C-level positions. * Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools and systems (ATS, Jira, Excel, etc.). * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strategic, analytical mindset with adaptability and flexibility. * Conflict resolution and team coaching skills. * English — B2 level or higher. * Experience in the iGaming industry will be a strong advantage.
