4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including work in outstaff/outsource companies or recruitment agencies Strong knowledge of IT market trends and hiring practices across both local and global markets. Expertise in designing and implementing diverse recruitment strategies. Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure. Experience in building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. Advanced English level (both written and spoken). Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition in the IT industry.

Take ownership of complex vacancies as an independent recruitment expert: design strategies, define target markets, and manage full-cycle hiring (interviews, feedback, offers, hire). Collaborate closely with English-speaking hiring managers to deeply understand each role, team dynamics, and success criteria; interviewers on the client’s side, building strong and trust-based relationships. Collaborate closely with Sales, AM and Technical teams to streamline recruitment processes. Monitor recruitment process effectiveness, highlight issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure proper vacancy promotion on the market and alignment with business needs. Set recruitment priorities and allocate resources across multiple vacancies. Support team members in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices.
