We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the evolution of our merchant payment platform — from strategy to execution! You’ll shape the product vision, optimize payment flows, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless, secure, and high-impact financial solutions.
Core Responsibilities: * Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a merchant-focused payment application. * Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and merchant needs. * Gather and analyze feedback from merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities. * Prioritize features and technical improvements using data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery. * Oversee integrations with payment gateways, processors, banks, cryptocurrency exchanges and external financial APIs. * Ensure regulatory and security compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC). * Track product metrics such as conversion, transaction success rate, merchant retention, and churn.
Required Experience: * 5+ years in product management or related roles, with at least 2 years in payment products. * Proven track record of building or managing: * Merchant payment systems (online checkout, payment terminals, invoicing, etc.) * Payment gateways, acquiring, settlement flows. * Billing, reconciliation, or reporting tools for merchants. * Experience with API-driven financial products and third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, cryptocurrency exchange). * Familiarity with payment methods (cards, bank transfers, digital and crypto wallets) and transaction lifecycle. * Understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management. * Strong grasp of UX for financial dashboards and payment flows. * Experience with usage-based or subscription billing models. * Knowledge of multi-currency, cross-border and cryptocurrency payments. * Familiarity with reconciliation, chargeback, and dispute management systems. * Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments.
