We’re seeking a skilled CMS Developer to join on a project basis and help bring our Figma designs to life across various platforms, including Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS tools.
Our partner, Stera Global, is a senior design and strategy team that partners with ambitious brands, startups, and enterprise teams worldwide. The company combines deep UX thinking, brand clarity, and technical precision to help organizations build digital products, scalable design systems, and cross-market brand experiences.
This role is best suited for an independent contractor who has experience working with design or marketing agencies, enjoys collaborating with designers and PMs, and can independently handle the full lifecycle of CMS-based projects — from setup to integrations to QA. What You Will Do: — Develop and launch websites from Figma designs using CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
— Configure CMS environments, templates, and collections as needed
— Handle all relevant integrations (forms, analytics, HubSpot, Stripe, etc.)
— Perform quality assurance testing before delivery.
— Work closely with a Project Manager and Designer to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent quality.
— Estimate timelines and project scope upfront, and deliver within the agreed schedule.s
— Manage revisions and quick adjustments with a fast turnaround
What We’re Looking For
— Proven experience in building CMS-based websites (agency experience preferred);
— Deep knowledge of at least two of: Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify;
— Strong understanding of responsive layouts, modular builds, and dynamic content;
— Fluent English (both spoken and written);
— Organized, proactive, and reliable with fast response times;
— Comfortable working remotely and reporting progress clearly;
— Experience connecting APIs or third-party tools (HubSpot, Stripe, analytics).
