We’re looking for a Assistant Sales Manager to join our team and help us strengthen sales team. This role is perfect for someone who already has experience in sales or lead generation and wants to grow fast into a Sales Manager role.
You’ll work directly with the President of the company, gain access to our internal strategies and sales materials. It’s a great opportunity to combine hands-on experience with mentorship and accelerate your professional growth in tech sales.
Requirements: * 1+ years of experience in sales or lead generation * English level — B2 or higher * Understanding of the sales process * Knowledge of qualification frameworks (SPICED, MEDDPICC, etc.) * Experience working with CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive / Zoho) * Basic copywriting skills, especially for business correspondence * Motivation to grow into an independent sales professional
Key Responsibilities: * Support and streamline the sales process to shorten the deal cycle * Write follow-ups, warm-up emails, and reminders * Maintain order across accounts, documentation, and email threads * Prepare briefs before calls * Take and structure call notes * Communicate with delivery teams and other departments * Keep the CRM up to date — all leads must have a current status
