The company aims to attract more than 146,000 clients within three years, requiring the formation of a strong, sustainable team — where the Head of Finance plays a key role. Main Responsibilities * Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy. * Control financial flows and settlements with partners, providers, and clients. * Manage budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. * Build and monitor the company’s unit economics: CAC vs. LTV, ROI, and profitability. * Optimize cost structure and ensure financial stability. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, tax, and legal requirements across different jurisdictions. * Organize and maintain management and financial accounting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet). * Manage risks related to liquidity, payment systems, and client funds. * Interact with external auditors, banks, payment providers, and regulators. * Develop and implement financial KPIs, monitor key metrics (ROI, EBITDA, Net Deposits, LTV). * Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
Requirements: * Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, including leadership roles in fintech/Forex/CFD or the banking sector. * Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP). * Proven experience in building financial systems and processes from scratch in fast-growing companies. * Deep understanding of payment systems, PSPs, and banking operations. * Experience working in an international structure (multiple jurisdictions, holding model). * English level B2 or higher (Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage). * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
As a Plus: * Experience in brokerage companies or fintech projects with high growth dynamics. * Participation in launching international projects (Latin America, Africa, Asia). * Experience interacting with regulators and international auditors. * Knowledge of taxation and compliance specifics in different regions.
