We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate web-based projects from concept to delivery. You’ll work closely with development, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and high-quality results.
Responsibilities * Manage the full lifecycle of web projects: from planning to release. * Define scopes, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. * Coordinate collaboration between technical and creative teams. * Identify risks, track progress, and maintain clear documentation. * Ensure strong communication with stakeholders and project transparency. * Optimize workflows and support process improvements. * Collaborate with legal, data protection, and other internal partners when required.
Requirements * Degree in management or a related field. * Proven experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or web development. * Strong understanding of web technologies and UX/UI principles. * Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com). * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus. * English level: strong intermediate or higher — ability to confidently participate in video calls and communicate with the team
Pluses * Experience in the video game industry. * Work experience in a web development agency. * Knowledge of web performance optimization.
