Responsibilities: — Lead and inspire all the dev teams of the company — Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure and systems — Interact with business stakeholders, communicating requirements, and dealing with contradictions — Oversee the entire product development lifecycle — Identify problems, find innovative solutions, think critically, and work under pressure — Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation across all product areas — Define the long-term technical vision, ensuring that our platform remains cutting-edge, scalable, and capable of supporting the company’s growth — Lead, mentor, and build high-performance engineering teams.
