About the project: We are implementing a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution for a client in the healthcare sector. The project focuses on optimizing complex supply chain and operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a challenging environment. A new team member will be in charge of: — Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specs. — Configure D365 F&O SCM modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Product Information, Warehouse, Transportation, Asset Mgmt, Sales & Marketing, Master Planning. — Set up parameters, workflows, and system settings. — Support integrations (Dual-Write, Power Platform, D365 CE — basic level). — Prepare test cases and support SIT/UAT. — Create user documentation and deliver trainings. — Assist with data migration (mapping, validation, cutover). — Provide go-live and post—go-live support. Does this relate to you? — 3+ years of experience with D365 F&O (or AX 2012). — At least 1 full-cycle D365 F&O implementation. — Strong understanding of SCM modules (listed above). — Experience with functional documentation (FRD, Fit/Gap, test scenarios). — Knowledge of security roles, workflows, and basic integration concepts. — Familiarity with data migration processes. Nice to Have — Basic knowledge of Finance, HR, or Production modules. — Understanding of Power Platform, Dual-Write, D365 CE, Azure DevOps. Languages — Russian — required (main project language). — Ukrainian — required to read/understand documentation). — English — highly recommended.
