We are looking for an ITSM Engineer / System Administrator to manage our internal SaaS ecosystem, cloud services, and corporate network infrastructure. The role includes user lifecycle management, IT support, administration of Google Workspace / Atlassian / Slack, maintaining hardware and license inventory, and supporting cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean).
Key Responsibilities * User & Access Management * Handle requests and incidents via HelpDesk * Provide remote technical support (Anydesk, TeamViewer, etc) * Prepare and update IT documentation and user instructions * Manage corporate SaaS platforms: configuration, integrations, automations * Support and manage Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, DO, etc) * Support VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi networks, and VLANs * Manage DNS zones, records, domain configuration, SSL, and domain-related troubleshooting * Configure and monitor networking devices (routers, switches, access points) * Enforce IT security best practices: least privilege, MFA, access audits * Maintain inventory of IT hardware, services, subscriptions, and licenses * Build automations for Slack, Jira, and other tools * Implement integrations between services to reduce manual workload * Continuously improve IT operations processes
Requirements * 4+ years of experience as an IT Administrator / ITSM Engineer / System Administrator * Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian administration * Experience with JSM and remote support tools * Basic administration experience with AWS/GCP/DO * Solid understanding of networking: VPN, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, DNS management, VLAN, routing * Experience with asset management, licenses, and procurement processes
Preferred * Experience with automation (Jira/Slack) and scripting (Bash/Python) * Experience with MDM solutions * Experience with VDI solutions * Understanding of ISO27001/SOC2 requirements
