Our ideal candidate should have: * A genuine interest in mobile games across different genres — no prior game development experience required, but curiosity about the product is essential. * Strong communication skills — the team works fully remote, so you need to stay in sync, communicate clearly, and keep processes flowing. * The ability to learn fast and gradually take ownership — from working under a mentor to leading an entire business unit. * A proactive mindset — spotting issues before they appear and suggesting solutions rather than waiting for direction. * English proficiency for internal communication and documentation. * Confidence working with spreadsheets and structured data — basic level is enough, as long as you’re not afraid of tables. * High emotional intelligence — listening, supporting the team, and keeping a healthy balance without turning into an overprotective “pet-sitter”, being able to guide people toward goals. * Ability to stay focused under pressure — deadlines, limited resources, and shifting priorities are a natural part of the workflow. * Clear and concise communication style — minimal fluff, maximum clarity. * A hands-on attitude — less talking, more delivering, being able to bring tasks to completion. * A healthy level of self-discipline — not someone who’s disorganized or needs constant reminders, you create structure for yourself and others.
Key responsibilities: * Own and drive the day-to-day operations of the game project, ensuring a smooth development flow, timely deliveries, and strong cross-team alignment. * Act as the Producer’s right hand, taking over and managing the operational side of the project — schedules, risks, capacity, and execution — enabling the Producer to focus on product vision and creative leadership. * Define and maintain production plans, milestones, resource allocation, and processes that ensure the team moves forward efficiently and sustainably. * Monitor production health and team capacity, proactively identifying resourcing gaps and collaborating with leadership to address them. * Identify risks and blockers early, lead mitigation efforts, and ensure the team stays unblocked and supported. * Report on progress, risks, and resource needs to leadership in a clear, structured, and proactive manner.
