We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to find and connect with investors, funds, and Web3 companies. If you have experience in outreach, know the crypto space, and can build strong business relationships — join us to grow in the industry and work with top players.
Responsibilities * Research and analyze funds, investors, and Web3 companies that may benefit from full or partial incubation. * Conduct cold outreach via email,LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Telegram, Upwork and other platforms. * Establish initial contact with potential clients and partners, identify their needs and interests. * Present the value of our incubation programs and KOLs management services. * Collaborate with the internal team to smoothly transfer warm leads to the fundraising and business development managers. * Maintain and update the contact database with detailed lead information. * Track and analyze outreach performance, suggest improvements, and optimize strategies.
Requirements * Proven experience in lead generation (preferably in Web3/crypto). * Understanding of the blockchain industry, crypto market, venture investments, and incubation models. * Strong B2B communication skills and ability to build long‑term business relationships. * Experience with outreach and CRM/automation tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator or similar). * Proficient English (B1+).
