We’re seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in both backend and API development, along with React Native. This position is ideal for a professional confident in managing backend infrastructure and APIs, as well as overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of mobile applications.
Who are we looking for? ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-platform mobile application development. ● Strong proficiency in React Native. ● Solid experience with backend technologies and API development, including Node.js and Express, as well as solutions like Firebase and RESTful APIs. ● Familiarity with AI infrastructure, including tools like LangChain, vector databases such as Pinecone, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation. ● Experience working with SQL and NoSQL DBs (MongoDB and PostgreSQL). ● Hands-on experience with Stripe or other usage-based billing models. ● Practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. ● Ability to take initiative and work effectively autonomously. ● Team-oriented mindset with enjoyment working in a close-knit startup environment; values diverse perspectives. ● Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment. ● Excellent spoken English communication skills. ● Willingness and ability to undertake business trips to London. ● Inclusion of examples showcasing experience with complex React Native projects in the CV.

Responsibilities: ● Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native, optimized for performance, offline functionality, and an engaging user experience. ● Design and implement intuitive, scalable map visualizations utilizing platforms such as Google Maps or Mapbox, supporting features like clustering, tagging, layering, and handling large datasets. ● Contributing to the design of the geospatial and AI-powered backend, creating user-friendly interfaces and backend logic for bulk data import/export and geospatial segmentation. ● Develop AI-driven features leveraging LLMs, such as automatic tagging, predictive workflows, and location insights. ● Architect and maintain scalable APIs with integrated monetization features, including usage-based billing for AI services. ● Collaborate closely with product teams, designers, and leadership to deploy features efficiently and iterate based on user feedback. ● Design, secure, and scale RESTful APIs to support real-time mapping, AI inference, and data workflows for import/export. ● Build systems that enable teams to access and be billed for AI-enabled features through usage-based APIs. ● Contribute to impactful applications across industries, including field sales, construction, agriculture technology, pharmaceuticals, and logistics.
