Hi We are looking for an HR People Partner who will serve as a go-to person who will work closely with both teams and the HR department, helping ensure smooth communication, trust, and alignment across the organization. This role is well-suited for a proactive and people-oriented specialist eager to grow within a dynamic environment. You’ll contribute to implementing HR initiatives, supporting teams in everyday processes, and ensuring that HR practices reflect the company’s values and goals.

Expected knowledge and competencies:
— 1.5+ years of experience as an HR People Partner in a multicultural high-tech environment. — Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in creating and setting up metrics. — Experience participating in the development and implementation of HR policies, manuals, and related documentation. — Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. — Emotional Intelligence: has a keen awareness of self and others and manages conflict and interpersonal issues effectively. — Good listener with great interpersonal skills, and the ability to consult managers and employees to get them through various situations. — Flexible, open-minded individual, feeling comfortable in a constantly changing environment. — Upper-intermediate level of English.
We expect you to perform such Outcomes/Responsibilities:
— Involvement in the whole employee lifecycle (onboarding, 1-2-1, performance evaluation processes, exit interviews, etc.). — Focus on retention activities. — Working with teams. — Collaborating with managers on people-related questions and helping to identify suitable approaches. — Participation in HR policies & documentation development. — Taking part in surveys development and analysis. — Performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture. — Communication across all levels of the company.
