Now we’re looking for a Head of Product to drive growth, product value, and strategic execution across our flagship product line — dbForge.
Your mission
You’ll lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery — working closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to improve product performance, user adoption, and market position.
Your responsibilities * Define and evolve product strategy, roadmap, and pricing models. * Prioritize initiatives based on impact, user needs, and business goals. * Drive execution with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, marketing). * Build a strong product analytics system and measure performance. * Ensure product scalability, UX quality, and high delivery standards. * Support GTM and sales with positioning, demos, and customer feedback loops. *
We’re looking for someone who * Has 5+ years of experience in product & engineering leadership, including CI/CD, SDLC, desktop software (Windows) * Knows how to lead cross-functional teams and scale product operations * Can connect tech and business strategy, make data-driven decisions * Brings strong product thinking, UX understanding, and a growth mindset * Has experience with relational DBs (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) *
Would be a plus: experience in a Head of Product / Product Lead role; knowledge of software architecture; experience with complex desktop systems.
