We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing our lead generation process, identifying potential clients, and supporting business growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute lead generation strategies for IT outsourcing services. * Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email campaigns, and other channels. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. * Run outbound campaigns (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups). * Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on ICP and messaging. * Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data. * Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements: * 1+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or business development (preferably in IT outsourcing). * Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client acquisition. * Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, email automation tools. * English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher. * Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar). * Strong written communication and research skills. * Self-organized, goal-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
Nice to Have: * Experience working with US/EU/LATAM markets. * Understanding of software development services lifecycle. * Experience launching marketing/outreach campaigns.
