This is a unique opportunity to join Applyft’s Mental Health Unit at an early stage as a Product Marketing Manager— to drive growth, shape positioning, and craft marketing experiments that directly influence millions of users worldwide.
Your Mission
You’ll become the bridge between product, marketing, and analytics, responsible for discovering insights, designing growth strategies, and optimizing performance through data-driven experimentation.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager, creative, and performance marketing teams to transform hypotheses into measurable results — ensuring our users not only find us, but stay, engage, and grow.
What You’ll Do * Drive growth of the Mental Health product through funnel optimization and A/B testing * Own unit economics: analyze metrics, identify growth levers, and optimize for LTV/CAC balance * Build and iterate user acquisition funnels (web + mobile) in collaboration with the product and marketing teams * Conduct research — user behavior, competitors, and market trends — to uncover insights for positioning and messaging * Develop and test value propositions that resonate with users emotionally
About You * At least 1 year of experience as Product Marketing Manager / Growth Manager / Product Manager in B2C products * Strong analytical mindset and proven experience connecting data to business outcomes * Practical understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical validation * Experience working with Tableau, GA, Amplitude, and similar analytics tools * Data-driven approach combined with creativity and product intuition * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * High level of autonomy in decision-making, flexible and capable of adapting to changing conditions. * Ability to learn quickly and manage large amounts of information; * English proficiency at B2+ level
Will be a plus: * Experience in Mental Health, EdTech, or Wellness products * Experience with AI-driven content creation (text, visual, or generative tools)
