We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to work closely as the right hand of our Compliance Manager. In this role, you will help ensure that our clients are verified, our transactions remain transparent, and all activities meet regulatory standards.
You will support the configuration of anti-fraud systems, handle legal and regulatory inquiries, and contribute to the development of AML and KYC policies.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external partners while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities: * Execute direct tasks and instructions from the Compliance Manager. * Communicate directly with clients to request necessary documentation (Proof of Address, Source of Funds/Wealth, corporate documents). * Analyze client data and draft formal documents regarding compliance decisions. * Prepare Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) for the Financial Monitoring Unit. * Deeply study, understand, and apply our internal AML/CTF policies and European regulatory requirements. * Keep an eye on on-chain and fiat transactions to spot anomalies via automated notifications.
Requirements: * English (B2+ is a must), Fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian. * You are the type of person who spots a typo in a long text. * You understand how crypto wallets work, or you are very eager to learn fast. * You are not afraid to ask questions, but you try to find the answer yourself first.
Nice to Have (But not a deal-breaker): * Previous experience in AML, Compliance, or Legal fields (especially in Fintech or Crypto). * Basic understanding of European AML Directives (AMLD5/6) or MiCA.
