Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a Middle Ruby on Rails Engineer to help shape the future of alternative investing. You’ll be part of a team making it easier for wealth advisors and high-net-worth clients to access alternative assets, and for fund managers to connect with fresh capital opportunities.

Role Responsibilities * Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs * Participate in defining system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. * Design RESTful APIs, and where applicable, GraphQL endpoints for frontend and mobile clients. * Implement data migrations, indexing, caching (Redis/Memcached), and background job processing (Sidekiq/Resque). * Maintain high standards of test coverage using RSpec, Minitest, or Capybara. * Collaborate with senior engineers on complex features and technical challenges.
Role Requirements * 2+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience in production environments. * Experience with Docker and containerized environments. * PostgreSQL (strong SQL optimization skills) * Experience deploying to AWS (ECS/EC2/Elastic Beanstalk), Heroku, or GCP. * Strong communication skills: English B2+
