This is a unique opportunity to go beyond traditional documentation and become the voice of our brand, establishing us as a definitive source of knowledge in the AI and software space. ✍️ ## Responsibilities * Lead Content Creation: Research, outline, write, and edit long-form technical content, with a major focus on producing whitepapers, e-books, and books for publication. * Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with our AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and software developers to distill their complex knowledge into clear, engaging, and accurate content. * Develop Technical Narratives: Create everything from in-depth technical articles and blog posts to case studies that showcase our expertise and successes. * Maintain Quality and Consistency: Define and uphold a high standard for our technical content, ensuring a consistent voice, style, and tone across all materials. * Manage Publishing Projects: Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and research to drafting, SME reviews, editing, and final publication. * Produce Product Documentation: As needed, create clear and concise documentation for our software products and services.
## Required Qualifications * Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a senior role within the B2B software, AI, or cloud computing industry. * An outstanding portfolio is essential. It must showcase your ability to write in-depth, long-form content (e.g., comprehensive guides, whitepapers, e-books, or published articles/book chapters). * Exceptional ability to grasp and explain highly complex technical concepts (related to AI/ML, data engineering, cloud architecture, and software development) to both technical and business audiences. * Flawless written English with superb editing and proofreading skills. * Demonstrated experience interviewing subject matter experts (SMEs) and translating their insights into polished content. * Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive large-scale writing projects to completion.
## Preferred Qualifications * A technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science or prior experience as a software developer or engineer. * Direct experience in the book publishing process. * Familiarity with our core technology areas: AI, data platforms, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and modern software stacks.
