In this role, you will: * Contribute to organizational design and change management processes * Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to provide actionable insights that improve team performance and engagement * Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support retention strategies within the assigned business area * Monitor and analyze processes, identifying gaps and initiating improvements to policies, procedures, and practices * Support organizational change, workforce planning, and talent development within the assigned business unit
Skills you’ll need to bring: * Proven experience (at least 5 years) as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage complex decisions * Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide data-driven recommendations * Experience with organizational design, change management, and talent development * Upper-intermediate English & fluent Ukrainian
As a plus: * Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic industry * Familiarity with HR tools and systems, such as HRIS platforms
