YOUR IMPACT: * Collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain; * Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics service providers; * Monitoring performance of suppliers by assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; * Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards governing supply chain activities; * Foster growth-friendly supply chain practices; * Identifying optimal shipment and transportation routes; * Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
ABOUT YOU: * Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field; * 3+ require as supply chain manager * Proven experience in international logistics, particularly in China—USA and China—Europe transportation; * Experience working with B2C products; * English level — Upper Intermediate; * Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items; * Understanding of accounting or finance; * Must be able to comprehend legal documents; * Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.
WILL BE A PLUS: * Understanding of distribution and logistics; * Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software; * Insight into economic conditions and market dynamics; * Interest in innovative technologies, such as automation software; * Ability to negotiate with suppliers and distributors; * Comfort with leading and training employees.
