Role Summary:
We are looking for a skillfull and exprerienced Sales Manager who will lead the development and execution of GlenFlow’s sales strategy with a strong focus on sales operations and enablement.
This role is responsible for planning and running prospecting and lead generation activities, managing and optimizing the CRM and sales funnel, and supporting Sales Executives with data, tools, and structured processes.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for IT Services, Custom Software, SaaS Investments, and Consulting/Advisory offerings.
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee prospecting and multi-channel lead generation activities (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partners).
* Manage and optimize the CRM, including structure, data quality, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and pipeline forecasting.
* Support Sales Executives throughout the sales cycle, including target list development, outreach sequences, meeting preparation, and proposal support.
* Evaluate, implement, and manage modern sales tools (including email and phone finder solutions, sales engagement platforms, and data enrichment tools).
* Design, launch, and optimize targeted outbound and nurture campaigns for priority segments and personas.
* Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product teams to align messaging, value propositions, and sales collateral.
* Monitor and analyze funnel and campaign performance; translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and process improvements.
* Stay current with B2B sales trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively introduce improvements to increase pipeline quality and conversion.
* Develop, document, and continuously improve internal sales processes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Partner/Client Success, Account Management, SaaS Services, Business Development, or similar roles.
* Proven experience in sales operations and/or sales enablement, including CRM ownership, reporting, process setup, and tool management.
* Demonstrated track record of building and managing outbound prospecting and lead generation campaigns.
* Experience developing and maintaining business relationships with corporate executives, decision-makers, and startup leaders.
* Strong understanding of modern sales tools and CRM systems, enrichment tools
* High level of proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM reporting/dashboards.
* Deep analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and process improvements, analyze KPI.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing sales materials, proposals, and executive-level summaries.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
* Self-directed, results-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
