We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager who will take full ownership of building and scaling our mobile user acquisition.
In this role, you won’t just run campaigns — you’ll architect the entire mobile acquisition framework: from relaunching and structuring paid channels primarily Meta and TikTok to implementing processes, and optimization flows that drive predictable, scalable growth.

What You’ll Do: * Build and run the full mobile user acquisition strategy. * Set up and run paid campaigns in Meta, TikTok, and other platforms: from account preparation and audience targeting to scaling performance. * Achieve sustainable profitability by meeting ROI/ROMI targets, controlling CPA, and monitoring performance at every funnel stage. * Identify growth opportunities by testing new audiences, markets, and approaches. * Support testing initiatives: develop hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful strategies. * Partner with cross-functional teams to align objectives, exchange insights, and enhance overall performance.
What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition with a focus on Meta and TikTok: able to independently launch campaigns, test hypotheses, and take ownership of results within a product or team. * Experience with iOS and Android App Flow: understanding of tracking, SKAN (SKAD), and Web-to-App attribution. * Hands-on experience managing budgets of $200—500К /month: confident in scaling, controlling CPA, and evaluating performance over time. * Proven optimization skills: working not only with creatives and audiences but also with bid strategy, budget allocation, and funnel step analysis. * Testing mindset: ability to form hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works. * Extensive experience with analytics and tracking tools. * English level B2: comfortable working with English-language ad accounts and creatives, and communicating with international teammates.
Will Be a Plus: * Experience with automation tools or AI-driven optimization — bidding, audience, reporting. * Hands-on experience with AppLovin.
