We’re epoché, a new lingerie brand with bold ambitions to conquer the U.S. market — and an even bolder mission: to celebrate the courage of women being unapologetically themselves through every piece we design and community we build. We have recently launched into the US market and we’re looking for a Middle Marketing Specialist to level up our marketing game and proudly say one day: “That was us. Our team made it real,” when our brand is all over your insta feed.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Insights
* Explore and analyze the fashion and lingerie market: competitors, trends, pricing, and positioning.
* Learn about our audience: who they are, what inspires them, what they buy, and how they talk online.
* Keep track of fashion, lifestyle, and ecommerce trends that could inspire our brand or campaigns.
* Research marketing tools and AI platforms that can make our daily work smarter and faster.
Creative & Campaign Support
* Help prepare briefs for designers and content creators based on research and brand goals.
* Collect references, write simple descriptions, and coordinate feedback rounds.
* Support our email marketing setup — from campaign preparation to automation tweaks.
* Help organize and track all creative assets and campaigns in Notion / Google Drive.
E-commerce & Operations
* Help keep our Shopify store up-to-date: product info, visuals, descriptions.
* Research Shopify extensions or automations that can improve performance.
* Coordinate small tasks with freelancers — designers, developers and closely work with internal team.
Requirements:
* You have 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle eCommerce, but not neccessary.
* You’re curious, organized, and love learning new things — from TikTok trends to Shopify tricks.
* You have a good eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
* You write and research confidently in English (B2+).
* You’re proactive — you don’t just wait for tasks; you look for ways to make things better.
Nice to have:
* Basic experience with Shopify or similar website builders.
* Experience working with email marketing tools.
* Experience working with freelancers or small creative teams.
* Understanding of social media ads or influencer marketing.
* Interest in AI tools for creative and marketing automation.
