Core Mission To ensure smooth, structured, and high-quality delivery of our marketing services. You are responsible for turning client goals into clear execution plans, keeping projects on track, and ensuring clients receive measurable results without chaos.
You act as the operational bridge between clients, the delivery team, and the business. You report directly to the Product Owner, CEO and work closely with Sales, Account Manager, Designer, Developer and Marketers. Key Responsibilities 1. Project & Delivery Management * Own the full lifecycle of agency clients: onboarding → planning → execution → delivery → reporting. * Lead kick-off calls, define goals, KPIs, scope, and expectations. * Manage marketing services delivery: * Paid Ads (Google / Bing) * SEO * Landing Pages & Websites * Design & Branding * Marketing Automation * Control timelines, scope, priorities, and deliverables.
2. Client Operations & Communication * Act as the main point of contact for agency clients. * Manage expectations, updates, approvals, and changes. * Prepare and control weekly/monthly reports.
3. Team Coordination * Coordinate designers, content managers, marketers, and freelancers. * Set clear tasks, deadlines, and expected outcomes. * Balance team workload and avoid bottlenecks. * Ensure execution quality without micromanagement.
4. Quality Control & Results * Final review of deliverables before client handoff. * Ensure alignment with briefs, KPIs, and brand standards. * Initiate optimizations, CRO improvements, and A/B testing.
5. Operations & Analytics * Full ownership of Asana (projects, workflows, time tracking). * Build and improve delivery processes. * Track performance via Looker Studio / Google Sheets. * Prepare operational reports for the CEO.
We Expect You To Have: * 2+ years of Experience as a Project / Delivery / Operations Manager in a digital agency or service-based business. * Fluent English. * Hands-on experience managing marketing clients. * Solid understanding of performance marketing, Paid Ads, SEO, landing pages, CRO and funnels. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Experience building and running processes in Asana / Jira, etc. * Ownership mindset and ability to make decisions.
➕ Big Plus If You Have: * Experience in logistics or B2B services. * Experience working with US clients. * Experience scaling agency services.
