The Fourth Law / TFL / Четвертий Закон is an autonomous robotics company focused on solving massively scalable autonomy for defensive FPV drones. The company has offices in the US, EU and Ukraine and is on a mission to increase the defensive capabilities of the Free World. Its name is a reference to Isaac Asimov’s three laws of robotics, and the search for an enigmatic Fourth Law.
Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle; * Work with engineering and product teams to define roles, candidate profiles, and hiring plans; * Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, events, communities); * Assess candidates for technical skills, motivation, and cultural fit; * Manage interview logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience; * Keep pipelines and ATS data up to date; * Help improve recruitment processes and tools; * Partner with HR and onboarding teams for smooth new-hire integration.
Requirements: * 4+ years of recruitment experience; * Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology (software, embedded, electronics, AI/ML); * Experience hiring in fast-moving, innovative industries — ideally hardware, robotics, or defense; * Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and ATS systems.
