US-based web development company with a distributed team, including a development office in Ukraine, is currently looking for a talented UI/UX & Brand Designer to create intuitive user interfaces and experiences while ensuring strong, consistent brand visuals across products and marketing materials. You will work closely with the Designers team, and Engineers to bring both user experience and brand identity to life.
Requirements • 3+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX and visual/brand design across web and mobile • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools • Strong portfolio demonstrating: — End-to-end UX process (research, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, final UI) — Brand or visual design work (design systems, visual identity, marketing assets) — Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and site maps (preferably in Figma) — Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals: typography, color, layout, hierarchy — High attention to detail and consistency
Nice to Have • Experience designing for CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) • Understanding of Agile and common development workflows • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) • Experience working with digital products or SaaS
Responsibilities • Support UX leads/managers in creating wireframes, site maps, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups • Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across products, websites, and marketing materials • Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web applications • Create UI and brand assets for websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns • Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and stakeholders • Participate in brainstorming sessions, reviews, and design discussions • Stay up to date with UI/UX, visual design, and branding trends
