About the project: We are looking for Lead, Senior, and Middle Software Development Engineers. The team focuses on managing and remediating high-severity SFI / QEI action items across multiple engineering services, including Build, EngPlat, Quality & Validation, and Code Flow.
Lead engineers drive technical strategy, architecture, and team coordination. Senior engineers implement remediation solutions and security fixes. Middle engineers support the team by executing remediation plans, preparing fixes, and testing under guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Level * Own the roadmap for high-severity SFI/QEI action item closure. * Collaborate with engineering on remediation strategies. * Provide technical leadership (design, code reviews, best practices). * Ensure execution without live-site impact. * Mentor Senior and Middle engineers. * Interface with security and compliance stakeholders.
Senior Level * Analyze and resolve SFI/QEI action items. * Implement security fixes (code and configs). * Transition services from passwords/certificates to Managed Identity. * Validate changes in production-like environments. * Participate in code reviews and enhance security practices.
Middle Level * Implement changes from SFI/S360 backlog. * Prepare and test pull requests (PRs). * Update pipelines and infrastructure scripts. * Document completed remediation tasks.
Requirements * Experience: Lead (7+ years), Senior (5+ years), Middle (3–4 years) in software development. * Proficient in C# and PowerShell. * Azure: Experience with Azure and AzDO Pipelines (Basic for Middle, Advanced for Senior/Lead). * Senior/Lead Focus: Practical understanding of security remediation, code integrity, and managed identities. * Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
Nice to Have * CI/CD pipelines experience. * Knowledge of enterprise security/compliance. * Experience remediating legacy systems.
